Seetharaman holds a master's degree in Human Resource Management and brings over 25 years of extensive corporate experience in payroll and HR operations spanning more than 50 countries. His career includes leadership roles at globally renowned organizations such as Hewitt, ADP, and Juniper, where he managed large-scale payroll operations on platforms including PeopleSoft, HRMIS, and SAP. With a strong foundation in accounting and taxation for both companies and individuals, and a track record of leading teams of over 100 employees, he has successfully driven budget planning, payroll transformation, automation, and large-scale hiring initiatives.
Seetharaman now leads HR consultancy engagements, drawing on his global expertise to deliver comprehensive, compliant, and efficient HR and payroll solutions. His experience in payroll transformation ensure clients receive advisory support that is both practical and future-ready.

Shankara B S
Shankara is a qualified accounting professional with nearly three decades of progressive experience across manufacturing, FMCG, and semiconductor distribution industries. He began his career in core accounting and statutory functions, gradually taking on greater responsibility across procurement, payroll, MIS reporting, and audit support, before spending almost 20 years — from June 2005 — with a semiconductor distribution company, where he rose from Accounts Executive to Accounts Manager.
In this leadership role, he held end-to-end responsibility for the organization's accounts function, encompassing internal and statutory audits, GST and income tax compliance, PF and PT administration, monthly MIS reporting, company secretarial matters, and banking operations — reporting directly to the company's Singapore management.
This breadth of experience across accounting, compliance, and financial reporting gives Shankara a well-rounded, practical perspective that he now brings to clients at FinHR Nexus Consulting.
